知人の紹介で訪問
特大ロースカツと迷ったが、最近忘年会続きで300g超えを食べ切れる自信がなかったので上ロースかつ定食をオーダー
仕込みは凄く丁寧
肉も生肉を注文が入ってからカット
上ロースはきちんとリブ側から切ってるのもいいし、血管もきちんとしたしょりしている
で、出てきたのが写真の定食
味噌汁はきちんと豚汁
ご飯は少し硬めだけど許容範囲
キャベツもちゃんと切り立て
ただトンカツはかなり揚げすぎな感じ
肉が縮んでしまって衣が剥離してしまう
せっかくの生肉もここまで揚げてると硬くなってきて残念
ベースの味はいいんだけどなぁ…
オリジナルソースはマヨネーズか酢を加えて酸味強め
でもマイルドでカキフライとかならあいそう
とりあえずご馳走さま
