A Japanese-style meal Restaurants that specializes in soba and udon noodles
A Japanese-style meal Restaurants where the whole family can enjoy meals, from small children to the elderly. Since the restaurant first opened, it has focused on soba and udon, with its popular dishe |
I went to the chain restaurant Suginoya for lunch. Suginoya is originally a soba restaurant, but since it was cold, I ordered udon. I immediately chose tantan tsukemen udon, tempura zaru soba, and kenchin udon. The menu said that the tantan tsukemen udon was spicy, but in reality it wasn't that spicy. However, the dipping sauce with lots of ingredients was good for warming the body. The tempura zaru soba was as you would expect from a soba restaurant, and was easy to eat, with a smooth texture that went down the throat. The kenchin udon was also full of ingredients, but the seasoning was a little light, making it easy for older people to eat and healthy. It was a little more expensive than a regular soba restaurant, but other than that it was great for families.
