つくばにある蛇の目寿司でランチです。
筑波大学のそばにあります。と言っても、筑波大学は広大な敷地なので、住所は天久保です。
店の前に、共同の駐車場があります。
中に入ると、洞窟のような雰囲気です。
個室に案内されました。
エアコンが個室まで効かなく、ちょっと暑い。
冷たいお茶が出てきました。その後に、温かいお茶。いや、温かいどころではない、熱々のお茶です。少し冷まさないと飲めないほどです。
やがて女将さんが個室の入口にサーキュレーターを置いてくれました。
サーキュレーターの風が強い。あまり快適ではありません。
蛇の目にぎりをいただきました。
まずは、サラダ。
ちらし寿司。いくらがたっぷり。
大きな皿で出てきました。二人前です。
にぎり６貫と巻物。穴子はトロトロの柔らかさ。
あら汁がつきます。
真夏の個室は、お寿司をいただくには、ちょっと.......。
寿司は美味しくいただきました。
