筑波大学附属病院へ二週間入院。こちらの病院の食事は美味しかったのですが、入院中食べられない生もの。。お寿司食べたいー‼️
ツレに我が儘言って退院祝にツレと退院したその足で【蛇の目寿司】へ向かいました。
筑波大学近くの建物のテナントの一つになっていてお店自体はこじんまりしてます。
個室に案内されました。天井が低い和モダンなお部屋でお洒落な空間。
おまかせにぎり3,800円を注文。
立派なお皿に2人前が乗ってます。すごい迫力ですよ〜。
廻ってないお寿司食べるのも、生ものも久しぶりで過ぎて、それだけでテンション上がって最後まで美味しく頂きました。煮アナゴはふっくら柔らかくて甘〜いタレが美味。
個室でゆっくりお食事が出来ました。
帰りがけお店の方と少しお話ししましたが、気さくな感じで、次回はカウンターで頂きたいですね。
