お通しの持つ煮込みとサラダ。持つ煮込みのクオリティが高い。
ボリュームも相当有り、これだけでおなかいっぱいになってしまうくらい。
1杯目はビールだが、焼き鳥のために日本酒をオーダー。
茨城県の霧筑波は１合６５０円。８種類くらいの日本酒が常時あるよう。
レバーが届く。レバーはレアでしっとりしていて味が濃くおいしい。
脂がのっていた・・・、白レバーかな？
かわ、くび、すなぎも、と食べていったが、１串が大きくてあまり種類を食べられないのが残念。
二人でいって1串ずつをシェアして食べるのがいいかも？
