こちらの福鮨さんへ通うようになって4年になります。いつ行っても美味しいお寿司を食べさせてくれるので安心して伺えるお店です。いつもは夜に伺う事が多い自分だが、この日は午後に用事があり午前中で仕事を切り上げました。家に帰る前にどこかでランチを食べてから帰ろうと、しばらく伺っていない柏の福鮨へ電話をしてみると今日はお客さんが多くてネタが切れそうなのでと断られ、もう寿司モードに入っている自分としては近くの寿司屋でもいいかと思っていたのですが、つくばの福鮨へは1ヶ月以上伺っていない事に気付いたので、用事までは時間があるし伺ってみるかと電話をするとランチのピークの時間は過ぎたので席は空いておりますので、いつものカウンターを準備してお待ちしてますと返答があったので、急いで車で向かいます。車を停めてお店に入った時には13時を過ぎていたので、店内にはテーブル席で食事をされている方が1人いるだけでした。いつものカウンター席へ入っていくと、いつもお世話になっている板前さんがいらっしゃいと笑顔で迎えてくれます。今日は仕事休みなの~・・・なんて話をしながら、ランチメニューの中から土瓶蒸し付きスペシャルランチをお願いしました。

にぎりは鮪の赤身、縞鯵、甘海老、平目、蟹、帆立、鮪のカマトロ、桜えび、白魚、玉子といった内容です。本来ならランチで出されるネタではないと思いますがサービスでいろいろ奮発してくれたようです。特に桜えびは年に2回程収穫のシーズンがあって、駿河湾で晩秋の時期に採れる初物だそうで、甘みがあって美味しかったです。それと白魚は稚内産と言っていたような気がしますが、これも仕入れたばかりでとても新鮮で身がパリッとしていて食感が良く旨味があります。あまり白魚って好きではないのですが、今回のものは良かったですね。

デザート
デザートは自家製のパンナコッタに完熟キウイとバナナが添えてあります。こちらでデザートをいただくと、昔14時から17時までやっていた甘味処お福さんで出されていた和風パフェやあんみつなどが食べたくなります。

久しぶりにこちらのランチをいただきましたが、この内容で2,500円は安いですよね。でも寿司屋はランチではなく、夜に行って楽しむものだと個人的には思っているので、来月の半ばあたりの夜に伺いたいと思います。ご馳走様でした。
