茨城県つくば市にある、どらじというお店にいてきました。
お店の外観の様子。駐車場はお店の前と、道を挟んで反対側にあります。
店内の様子。掘り座席になっています。
机の真ん中には焼肉用の炭置きがあります
炭火の様子。携帯写真なのでホワイトバランスがおかしくて赤いはずなのに紫色になってしまいました。
お通し。もやし、カクテキ、キムチが出されます。燃やし以外は辛いです。。
ネギチヂミ。食べる前の写真を撮り忘れ。。。美味しかったです。
石焼きカルビビビンバ。こちらも食べる前に写真を撮り忘れ。。更にピンぼけ。。
熱々の容器に入れられて出されます。おこげもたくさんできます。美味しかったです。
壷豚がルビ。。。メニュー表にはこう書かれていたもの。カルビの間違いなのかな。。。HPをみても「がルビ」だった。。謎です。
少ないかなーと思っていましたが、でかい壷で出されてびっくりしました。人参とピーマンがのっています。
肉を焼いているところ。壷にはこの大きさの肉が3枚入っていました。
焼けてきたらはさみで切って食べていきます。美味しかったです。
