つくば西通り沿いにある焼肉、しゃぶしゃぶのお店。
店内はゆったりとした道路風の空間を挟んで
右手奥からL字型に個室風の小上がり席になっていて
ゆったりとくつろげます。
ランチメニューが充実していて
¥1000〜¥2000前後と6種類。
サラダ、ライス、スープ、烏龍茶付き。
烏龍茶一択ではあるが飲み物が付いているのは有り難い

赤色の中に綺麗な白色の脂身が入った上質なカルビ。
弾力があってボリュームたっぷり。
焼き野菜は味噌風ねタレがかけてあったが、これは
珍しいですね。好みがあるだろうけどタレがかかってない素材の味そのものの野菜がいいですね。
七輪で焼いてタレに付けるのだから。
タン塩も厚みがあり白髪葱に巻いていただきます。
スタッフの方が少ないのかメニューの提供が遅すぎる
思う。声を張り上げで元気に対応しろとは言いませんが皆さんあまり愛想が良くないです。
