ずっと気になっていたお店、初訪問です。
ちょっと入店するのに勇気がいる感じの外観ですが、入ってみてびっくり。
お客さんがいっぱい。
人気店なんですね~。
以前はお得なランチメニューなどもあったようですが
今回はランチメニューは見当たらず。
とはいえ、黒板に中国語のメニューが書かれていたので
もしかしたら他のメニューもあるのかもしれません。
残念ながら日本語のメニューしか解読できないので
通常メニューから「麻辣刀削麺」をオーダー。
真っ赤なスープの中に、ひき肉、キャベツ。
辛くて美味しいですが、
もう少し麺にもっちり感が欲しいかなあ。
こちらの麺はつるっとした感じの麺でしたが
私はもう少しもっちりコシのある感じの刀削麺が好きです。
このあたりには、刀削麺とおかずがセットになったランチを
もっとリーズナブルにいただけるお店が何軒かあるので、
メニューがこれだけだとしたら、再訪はないかなあ。
中国語のわかる友人を連れてきて、黒板に書いてあったメニューを解読してみたいです。
ちゃんとした評価ができるのはそれからでしょうか。
