I'm coming to Tsukuba. Korean home cooking suddenly dawned on me. it's delicious. We decided on our third place here. The store is located close to Doho Park, in a slightly open area at the back of Ninomiya Elementary School across Nishi Odori Street. When we came in from the main street, we were right at the wall next to the store, and Minami announced that we had arrived at our destination. Looking at the bright blue walls, I thought it was a couple's hotel? Minami makes the announcement in a serious voice, so I walk around the building to the parking lot, unsure of what she really means. When I got out of the car and looked at the building, it looked very nice and gave me a nostalgic feeling. When I went back past the entrance and looked at the blue wall, I saw two large stone statues. Is this something about Jeju Island? There was a shop in Tsukuba that looked like this one at a resort in Okinawa. This is the type of store that I would like to see featured in more Bangban reviews and blogs. Return to the entrance and enter the store. The inside of the restaurant is also very atmospheric, giving the impression of a designer Restaurants with elaborate Japanese designs. Rather than being on one floor, each space is separated like a semi-private room using wooden partitions. I was like, Wow, that's it. Two groups of customers left at different places, and two other groups were in front of them. Only those in the know know it. There were also nice wooden tables, and I was seated at an empty spot. There seems to be a kitchen in the back. There was just a menu, so I used bulgogi as a keyword and clicked the gong to start checking. I had a bulgogi set meal. 980 yen. All have photos to give you an idea. It was very simple compared to the bulgogi set meal at the white rice restaurant I visited the other day, and I wish it had more vegetables. Actually, this photo is probably the standard. There was handwritten text on the menu, and I thought I'd try this Bulgogi Stone Grilled Bibimbap (980 yen). Cold Noodles and gomtang are also good. A friendly looking lady came out of the kitchen. Can you make this bulgogi stone grilled bibimbap? I asked because I was told that it was possible. Apparently, Okaasan is running the hall and kitchen all by himself. I found a magazine near the table I was sitting on, and thought I'd kill time with it. It was an issue introducing the store in a Tsukuba information magazine. With this, you don't have to interview Okaasan. It was a long article, but to summarize: ① Okaasan is from Jeju Island. At first, I was thinking of opening a kimchi restaurant, but I decided I wanted to introduce home-cooked food even more. ②What surprised me the most was that Japanese people have a weakness for spicy food. That's why we order ingredients such as chili peppers from Korea. It is difficult to find sweetness in the midst of spiciness in Japan. ③The design of this wonderful store was created by the husband, who is a designer. More than 20 types of solid wood are used to evoke the atmosphere of Jeju Island. ④The stone statue at the entrance is the symbol of Jeju Island, the guardian deity. It was brought from Jeju Island and weighs 8 tons. There was an amazing shop here. There are no shops to be found passing by. Please take this opportunity to expand your information. I'm keeping an eye on sites that seem like they'll jump right in. There and there. The food was served in 12.3 minutes. It's boiling in a stone bowl. It was served with gochujang (optional). Three types of pickles. I was asked to have this and was served another plate of Chinese cabbage kimchi. I thought that he was popular here, and that he was actually a nice person, but when I looked at Cafeterias website later, I noticed that the kimchi was only available with coupons. In addition to bulgogi, the contents of the stoneware are filled with onions, carrots, chives, shimeji mushrooms, etc., and a large amount of sesame seeds are sprinkled on top. Well then, let's go. I mix it, mix it, mix it, but after 2 or 3 times it was mixed enough. This is exactly what it is. While I was huffing and puffing, I thought it was tchitchi. It's delicious. It tastes good. This is bulgogi sauce. It's not a very strong flavor, but it's moist and delicious. After eating more than half of it, it was time for a little flathead adventure. It wasn't too spicy, and I thought it would be better with gochijang. This stoneware is a must. The atmosphere of the shop is nice, and the waiters are kind. Single women, two women, and of course madams are also welcome. Looking at the menu of this restaurant, there are many more dishes that you can enjoy. Graeme, Tozamushi Hue.
