「韓国家庭料理 済州」
母の勧めで行ってきました。
韓国人ママが営むお店ですね。
外観はとても綺麗です。
店内も綺麗に清掃が行き届いておりとても居心地が良かったです。
最初は「ボッサム」を注文。
2380円
だいたいボッサムはゆで豚とキムチと味噌をサンチュで巻いて食べる印象ですが、ここでは白菜の浅漬けを巻いて食べるものでした。僕はこの食べ方が初めてなので衝撃でした。
新大久保とかで普通のボッサムに慣れてる人は少し戸惑うかもしれませんがこれはこれで美味しかったです。豚肉自体も脂身はそこまで無く、わりとさっぱりと食べることができました。
二品目は「センマイ刺し」
880円
これも甘辛い独自のタレがあえてあるもので新しい感覚でした。
三品目の「コムタンスープ」
1200円
これがとてつもなく絶品でした。
えげつなく濃いんです。
こんなに濃いのに嫌な雑味や香りが無い。旨味だけが濃厚に凝縮されており本当に美味しかった。
僕の食べたコムタンの中ではダントツで一位になっております。
このコムタンのためだけにでも茨城まで帰りたいものです。
四品目「チヂミ（餅入り）」
これも美味しかった。タレの他に特製のキムチを上に乗せて食べるスタイルでした。
韓国にいるよりも韓国を感じることができる韓国料理店だなぁと思いました。とても素敵なお店です。
また行きたいと思います。
