Kimbap, also known as gimbap, kimbap, or kimbap, is a Korean-style seaweed roll made with sesame oil instead of vinegared rice. Surprisingly, there aren't many restaurants where you can enjoy Kimbap in a dignified manner, so after doing some research, I decided on Korean Home Cuisine Jeju. I ordered gimbap (written as gimbap in this restaurant) gomtang + Ramen doenjang jjigae. Kimbap is small and easy to eat. When I put it in my mouth, I thought, ``This is it!'' and got excited because the taste matched the taste of what I wanted to eat. Doenjang jjigae is Korean miso jjigae, and it was very hot and delicious. Gomtang with Ramen is a deep soup made with slowly simmered tail meat. The three dishes of original kimchi (lotus root, bitter melon, and kelp) are just the right amount of spiciness, and you'll be able to pick them up. The outside looked great, and the inside was homely yet clean and comfortable. Next time, I will definitely visit this restaurant again if I want to try Korean hot pot dishes and alcohol.
