当初はラーメン屋さんを目指すも、遠目で並んでいたのを確認したので、そのまま回避。
悩み、こちらのお店を利用することにしました。
ショッピングタウンにあるお店？
店内はそう言う場所にある居酒屋的な空間にやや和テイストを入れたかなって感じ。
入り口で下足箱があると言えばなんかピンとくるでしょうか？
日替りはしらす丼だそうな。
悩みつつ刺身定食にしました。９８０円でしたっけ？
上のグレードの御膳も考えていたのですが、お店に入ってから肌感覚で変更。
いや、板前さんとかがカウンターだったかな？で、カッコよく作業されていたので良いなとは思うのですが、やはりトータルや経験値でちょっと反応。
到着。
海老・白身三種・まぐろ一切れ。
ツマは紅たで・大葉・大根。
他には茶碗蒸し・ご飯・味噌汁・サラダ・漬物・デザート。
いただきます。
・・・まぁ、想定通りの見た目・量・味わい。いや、９８０円ならば健闘していると思います。
でも、悪くないけど凄く良いとも感じないかな？頑張っていると思います。茶碗蒸しが付くのはいいですね。
細かい部分ですが、刺身の一部皮的なものが残っていて、固くて違和感を感じました。切り身の厚さも仕方がない。茶碗蒸しの温度などほんの少しづつかもですが、ついつい比べてしまうようなイメージです。
サービスはどうなん？足りていないから？また来ようと思うようなサービスとは感じられなかったかな？
経営者さんも、お客と一番直接対応する担当です。ここをないがしろにしたり、なおざり？おざなり？とりあえずなにかはしていただけるのだから、おざなりか。
大事に扱って欲しいなって思います。
