1140頃から3名でランチ利用です。
研究学園にいくつかある中華ですが、栄枯盛衰が激しく、10年経ったここは結構な老舗になりました。
30席ほどの店内は3割程度の入りです。
6人がけの円卓に陣取り、iPadでメニューを選び、注文します。
10分ほどで配膳されました。
価格は全て税抜です。
豚肉細切りの中華味噌炒め850円:甜麺醤がしっかり効いた、たけのこ、玉ねぎ、ジャガイモが実直に仕事しています。スープとライスと漬物が付きます。
天津丼と担々小ラーメン800円:天津丼は綺麗な暑さの玉子焼きに甘酸っぱい餡がかかります。担々麺ちょうど良い辛さ、ゴマはあまり主張していません。
小籠包580円:ジュワッとスープ多めのタイプです。美味しいですよ。
芝麻球390円:胡麻団子です。
質量共に及第点、メニューによってはかなりの高得点が狙えると思います。ランチならかなり安価です。
時々来たくなると思います。
