土曜日13:50頃、弟と訪問。
味噌、醤油ときて、最後のトライ、塩ラーメンと餃子をオーダー。
塩ラーメンはあっさりとしていて出汁の効いた感じで美味い、あえて言うならパンチの効いた感じはないが、つるっとした麺とよく合う。味的にはもう少し麺は細い方が好みかなぁ。
一緒に行った弟は、チャーシュー麺の醤油大盛りで、チャーシューの量が凄い。200円増しでチャーシュー麺になるのでこれは正解かも。
次回は餃子でなくモツ煮を試してみよう、
