平日13時前にお伺い。
駐車場に若干空き台数があり、ナイスタイミングでカウンター席にすんなり着席。
チャーシューメン 正油 800円を頂きました。
昨今はラーメンも値上げの流れにある中、非常に良心的価格ですね。
頂いた印象として、スープ、麺、具材と非常にシンプルな普遍的ラーメンですね。
丁寧な仕事ぶりを感じますし、全てがハイレベル。
手打ち麺も喉越しがよく、チャーシューは部位が異なる2種類が入っており、スープはずっと飲んでいられる。
昔からどこかで食べ慣れた、安心できるラーメンです。
誰からも愛される一杯ですね。
