走っていたら、行列ができている店がありました。
ふじ屋つくばぷりんです。
停まって寄ってみました。

聞いたら2022年2月18日テレビ朝日『ザワつく金曜日』に紹介されたということです。
プリンの特集が放送されたのは2月18日のザワつく金曜日。長嶋一茂が今一番食べたいプリンを当てるコーナーで紹介されました。
ちなみに、今日のザワつく金曜日で紹介されるのは3つのプリン。その1つが、「一度食べたら癖になる奇跡の黄金プリン」です。
そして、その黄金プリンとして紹介されたのが、ゴールドぷりん。
一流料理人に選ばれる「ひたち農園」の奥久慈卵を使い
その中でも卵黄を25％と贅沢に混ぜ込み
卵の風味がダイレクトに伝わるプリンに仕上げています。
低温でじっくり火を入れることで
滑らかな舌触りになり、芳醇な香りと相まって
極上の味わいが楽しめます。
長嶋一茂さんは「滑らかだけど芯がちゃんとしてるプリン。
カラメルと合わせて食べると広がりが”奇跡”」
と評価していたということです。
カラメルが別になっていて、かけて食べました。
濃厚で美味しかったです。
