7月12日、13日。
茨城県研究学園都市に2泊しましたが2日ともやってきましたのは串安さん。
12日は２軒目。2人で。
13日は1軒目から男３人で行きました。
お店はテーブル中心で仕切りもありわずらわしくはありません。
店員の純茨城風のお姉さん方も愛想も良く仕事もテキパキ。
なかなか良い接客ですよ〜。
料理は2日分をランダムに紹介します。
こちらの好印象なところはまず付き出し。
これはトロトロに煮込まれた手羽先煮込みです。
手がメチャメチャ汚れますがじっくりと煮込まれてるのかトロトロで柔らかく味もしっかりと染み込んでます。
焼き鳥盛り合わせ。
これはどれもなかなかの味。
こちらは鶏料理は○ですね。
そしてしろはまぐり。
大きなはまぐりで磯の香りがします。
ナスの揚げ浸しはほっこりとしますね。
アジ刺しは酒の肴。
〆にごはんをもらいます。
そしておかずがわりに豚串。
2日お世話になりました。
研究学園都市駅前のなかなかの居酒屋さんでした。
