母と３人でつくば方面へ出掛けた時に
「何か食べたいのある？」って
リクエストを聞いたらサッパリしたのがいいと
言われたので和食で検討です。
でも意外に茨城県のこの辺りは
イタリアンみたいなお店が多くて和食が少ない。
でも何とか探して予約して行きました。
「つくば食堂 花」
外観はなんかオシャレで落ち着きそう。
一応、先に予約は入れておきましたが
ランチは限定30食で終わりだそうで
しかも1種類しかメニューが無い。
昼のランチは１種類のみ
でも値段も安めで良心的ではある。
「大地のお膳」のみ。
ご飯とみそ汁の他に、10種類の小鉢があって
のらぼう葉おひたし、さつま芋南京和え、
千両茄子煮びたし、瓜と胡麻の梅しそ漬け、
フルーツトマト塩麹和え、つくば美豚角煮、
サトイモわさび餡、れんこん天ぷら、わさび菜サラダ、
天然ブリ照り焼きとボリュームたっぷり。
・柚子茶
・花のブレンド珈琲
・生姜紅茶
最後はセットのドリンクを頂いて
オーガニックなランチを満喫しました。
