〆の一杯で立ち寄り。駅前の便利な立地。店内は盛況。掘りごたつのカウンターに案内され、品書きを見ると刺身類ほか豊富なラインナップ。刺盛りは紋甲、タコ、そしてメヒカリの唐揚げ、カニの真薯を注文。
まずお通しは湯葉豆腐と風味の良い醤油いくら。当然美味。刺盛りは歯ごたえよくほのかな甘味のある紋甲、風味のしっかりした真蛸でともに旨い。メヒカリは型のよいもの。そしてカニ真薯。これがアツアツでふっくらと風味の濃いもので非常に旨い。
〆でざるそば。いただいたお料理は全て美味しく、誠実さの感じられるものでした。
