Four people came to the store from around 1850. There were no customers in the 30-seat restaurant, but about half of the seats were filled later. There is a spotlight on the grill so you can clearly see the grilling. This time, we had a 1,000 yen course with all-you-can-drink, additional meat and bibimbap. The meat is of high quality, and although it is soft, it has a lot of flavor. The thick-sliced green onion sandwich is grilled until crispy according to the staff's instructions. The green onions inside absorb the meat juices and the texture is crispy and pleasant. There were a lot of vegetables, but when I sandwiched the meat in, they disappeared in no time. After grilling the large skirt steak, cut it with scissors. Beef foie gras is mainly made of fat, but when grilled properly it becomes sweet and delicious, and it's even better when wrapped in a sandwich. We have a lineup of drinks that are conscious of beauty and health, including collagen-based, skin-beautifying-based, and citric acid-based drinks. It's alcohol though. It was a happy time at a delicious restaurant.
