筑波山山頂エリアに休憩所はいくつかありますが、こちらは御幸ヶ原にあるケーブルカー山頂駅の脇、男体山への登山口「自然研究路」に隣接するお食事処。
※男体山と言っても日光ではありません。筑波山には男体山と女体山という二つの頂があります。
お店のテラスというよりは、ロープウェイやハイキングコースを利用する人たちの休憩スペースで、持参したお弁当を食べたりお茶をしたり、我々の様に食堂で注文したうどんを食べたりと、利用の仕方は人それぞれ。
11月の土曜日12:28、自然研究路をハイキングしてきてからの食事のため、訪店。
頂いたのは；
●新名物つくばうどん（900円）。
●けんちんうどん（800円）。
新名物と言っても、11年前のネーミングですし（笑、そもそも両者の味の特徴や違いを完全に失念しております ^^;。
腹も落ち着きうっかり調子に乗って、歩いて下山。犬はもう嬉しくて尻尾ブルンブルンでしたが、我々夫婦は普段使っていない筋肉を３時間も使い続け、下山した頃には、冗談ではなく足が攣って車も運転出来ないかと思いました。。。
