こちらのお店は筑波山の男体山の頂上付近にあるお店です。
筑波山にハイキングに行った際、利用しました。
神社から白雲橋ルートにて、筑波山（男体山）山頂まで歩く事3時間。
途中でお腹が空いた為、名物のうどんが食べれるこちらのお店に入りました。
（ちなみに他にもいくつか店舗はありますが、名物のうどんはどちらでも食べれるようです）
うどんかそばか迷いましたが、お勧めのつくば名物つくばうどんにしました。
名物のつくばとは以下をさしているとの事です。
（こじ付けだと思います。）
つ・・・地元の地鶏を使った『つ』くね
く・・・『く』ろ野菜（ごぼうとか）
ば・・・い『ば』らき県のローズポーク
一口食べてみると凄くおいしいです。９５０円が安く感じます。
ハイキングで、３時間歩きっぱなしであった為、味が美化されていると思います。
（疲れでいつもより５割り増しにおいしくかんじています。）
しかし、山頂で食べるだけあって、まさに記憶に残る味だと思います。
また、ハイキングに来た際には利用を検討したいと思います。
