初訪問です。
以前こちらには人気の居酒屋さん「円喜門」がありました。
つくばの居酒屋さんの中ではお料理も美味しく、雰囲気も良くて一番好きなお店だったので
閉店すると聞いたときはとても残念に思ったことを覚えています。
その後、「一九」になり、その評判は聞いていたものの
なかなか訪れる機会がなく、今回やっと訪問する機会が訪れました。
結果・・なぜ今まで来なかったんだろう！！！と後悔。
一言でいうと、すごく良いお店です！！！
味よし、雰囲気よし、そして何より、スタッフさんの接客が素晴らしい！！！
つくばでこんなに気持ちの良い接客をしていただけるお店、貴重です。
押し付けでなく、わざとらしくなく、とても自然に気遣いをしてくれる、
こういうお店だと、仕事上の集まりとか接待等でも安心して利用できるのではないでしょうか。
注文は今流行りのQRコードをスマホで読み取るスタイル。
実はこういうオーダー方法のお店は苦手です。
スマホの画面が小さすぎて操作性が悪いし
一緒に食事している人たちがいるところでスマホをいじるのもマナー的に好きじゃない。
（なので、普段食事していてもほぼ写真は撮りません）
でも、その欠点を補ってあまりある気持ちの良い接客。
まず、こちらのお店はお通しがサラダなのですが、
何回でもお替わり自由。
そのお替わりも、スマホからオーダーできるようにはなっているのですが、
スタッフさんが他のお料理提供時にサラダの器が空なことに気づくと
「サラダお持ちしますか？」と声をかけてくださいます。
お冷もスマホから気軽に頼めるのですが、
最初はお冷二人分とピッチャーを頼むと、ちょうど二人分くらいのピッチャーがでてきました。
その後もう二人ぶんのお冷を追加し、さらにピッチャーを頼むと、
今度は大きなサイズのピッチャーで提供。
こういう細かい気配りができるのって、すごいなあ、と思います。
サービス面ばかりのコメントが続きましたが
お料理も抜群。
もつ鍋のスープは3種類から選べますが、
にんにく塩と味噌味の2種類を選択。
味が美味しいのはもちろんなのですが、入っているモツの量にビックリ。
本場博多で訪れたもつ鍋有名店の倍くらいの量のモツが惜しみなくはいっています。
最初、2人前ずつ2種類頼んだのが、もしかして間違えて4人前ずつ頼んでしまった！？と
スマホのオーダー履歴を確認してしまったほど。
モツは臭みなくプリップリ。
締めに麺をオーダーした時には
これまたスマホから追加のスープをオーダーできるようになっているのですが、
鍋の中のスープが少なくなっていることに気づいたスタッフさんのほうから
「追加のスープお持ちしますね」とこちらからお願いする前に声をかけてくださいました。
こういう目配り、心配りができるお店、大好きです。
そしてオーダーで感動の美味しさだったのが
大根のから揚げと、鶏皮串。
大根のから揚げは、おでんの大根のように出汁がシミシミの大根をから揚げにしたもの。
こんなに水分の多い食材をこんなにカラッと揚げられるものなのか、と思うくらいサックサク。
鶏皮串も博多名物ですが、
こちらも本場で食べたものより美味しかった！！
サックサクでジューシーで、こんなに美味しい鶏皮串がここで食べられるなら
博多に行った時にはわざわざ行列に並んで鶏皮串を食べにいかなくてもいいな、
と思うほど。
全体的に揚げ物のレベルが高いです。
鮮度のよい油を使って、絶妙な揚げ具合。
串焼きは、オーダーを受けるたびに焼いているようです。
期待せず、ついでに・・といった感じでオーダーしたのですが、美味しくてビックリ。
馬刺しも美味しかったし
締めのチャンポンまで本当に美味しい！
居酒屋さんでこんなに満足度の高い食事をしたのは初めてかも、というくらい大満足でした。
お酒を楽しむより、お食事をいただくためだけにでも行きたい、と思えるお店です。
こんな優良店が近くにあったとは！！！！
また近いうちに再訪決定です。
