道の駅常総、筑波山。ひろぽぽです。
［所感］
・東日本大震災後、故郷の福島県浪江町を離れてつくば市で営業を再開。丁寧な仕事の美味しい寿司を手頃な値段で。
・本まぐろ丼は、中トロ3切れ、赤身4切れ。2023年10月12日～30日の大間本マグロ祭りでは、様々なマグロの刺身や寿司の食べ比べ、カマ焼き、脳天、ホホ肉など希少部位も。
・上海鮮丼は、中トロ、白身、生エビ、ウニ、イクラなど、本日のおすすめが盛りだくさん。まぐろは2種類でカジキとマカジキ、金目鯛、シャコ、シメサバ、玉子、白身はシマアジ。
