I used to come to this restaurant occasionally during the COVID-19 period. It was a time when bars were the target of criticism, so it was always empty. I came here today, and it was farewell party season, so it was almost full except for the counter. The counter seats, which seem to be about 1m deep, were very impressive. The tofu that came with the appetizer the first time I came was homemade rare cheese-like tofu, which went really well with the sesame oil-flavored sauce and chopped seaweed that was on it, so I started coming here for that. I think it's good for both the customers and the restaurant that the appetizer is a sample of the regular menu. Today's tofu was too soft. Is it because it's homemade? One of the features of this restaurant is that the cost-performance ratio of the draft beer is surprisingly poor ^_^. Other than that, it's not so bad. The refreshing, smooth tomato sour is crisp and delicious, so it's a must-have. The food cooked on the hot plate in front of the counter is acceptable in terms of cost-performance. In particular, the way the eggs are cooked is at a level that amateurs or insensitive restaurants could not achieve.
