濃厚味噌ラーメンと看板にあったメニューを注文。
出てきたラーメンは太麺というかパスタの麺のように太麺。
もちもちとした食感がちょうど良い。
スープは味噌ベースに唐辛子など砕いたスパイスが入ってちょうど良いアクセントになっている。
全体としてスープが麺に負けている気がします。
嫌いじゃないが、生姜をもっと効かせた方が上手いと思う。
後重要な雰囲気を作っているのが、女性店員の愛想の良い笑顔がよかった。
また来たいと思う。
