つくば市内の本当の住宅街の細い道の先に
お店がありました。
大きな通りから一本入ったところにあり、
静かな佇まいです。
玄関近くにお蕎麦を挽く石臼が鎮座していたり
食事が供されるまでのワクワク感が堪りません。
つまみにだし巻き卵を注文しましたが、通常の倍くらいの
量があり、ちょっとびっくり。
刺身盛り合わせや漬物、エイひれなどを食べました。
最後に蕎麦をということで私は大根蕎麦を食べましたが、
甘めのつゆに水気の多い大根でしたので、蕎麦の味が
全体的にぼや～んとしてしまって、締めを〆きれなかった
感じでした。
