製麺所で頂く作りたて至高のラーメン！
ちゃーしゅー麺(1000円)

筑波山の麓で営む製麺所のラーメン屋！
製麺所の試食部という位置づけで、併設するラーメン店！
12時少し過ぎに到着すると外待ちが3組ほど。
10分少し待ち店内へ。
ちゃーしゅー麺に味玉トッピングをオーダーしました！
麺はもっちもちの中太手揉み麺！
スープは醤油ベースの優しい味わいで
手もみ麺だからこそスープにもしっかり馴染んで最高です！
チャーシューも丼一面を覆い隠すほどのボリュームで盛られていて贅沢な一杯です！
焼豚も肉質柔らかでお肉の甘み、旨みもあり美味しかったです！
駐車場はお店前の道路の緩やかな坂の少し上に完備しています。
テイクアウトでお持ち帰り用の麺やスープの素もお土産コーナー販売しています。
麺もいくつか種類があり、家でも楽しめるのも有難いですね。
