平日13時前の訪問。店内はまばらにお客さんがいる程度で、すんなり座れました。この日は辛いものを食べたくて「台湾まぜそば」を注文。
待つこと数分で着丼。海苔、挽肉、ニラ、玉ねぎ、温玉、魚粉が載った美味しそうな見た目です（本当はもう一種類、刻まれた葉菜が載っていましたが正体分からず）。これらをよく掻き混ぜてからいただきました。
味のほうは、魚粉の旨みを感じつつも花椒の香りと辛味がありましたが、さほど辛くもなく美味しくいただけました。ただ、最初に混ぜ過ぎたため、全体が均等になって味に変化がなく、少々単調になってしまいました。ご馳走さま。
