平日の開店5分前で5番目。駐車場は共同駐車場にかなりの台数入ります。退店時には中待ちがありました。
◼️ 和風鶏そば 醤油 930円
本店には数回行っていますが、南店さんは初訪問です。
ここの通りはひしおさんに喜乃壺さんと良店が並びます。
メニューが多くて悩みましたが「和風」に惹かれ注文。
はりけんさんらしい鶏白湯に、存在感ある和節。
バランスよくどちらの良さも感じられます。
中細麺とスープの相性も良くて美味しい。
具材たくさん。多めのネギ、タマネギ。
チャーシューは食べ応え良し、メンマも多めで美味しい。
鶏つくねも旨みが詰まってます。
そして何より生海苔。
少なめかなと中盤まで待って溶かし込みました。
存在感バツグンです。「和風」の名が似合う味わいに。
あっという間に完食完飲でした。
