昼過ぎにシャトレーゼさんにケーキを買いに来ました。
クリスマスシーズンということもあり賑わっています。
大小20種くらいがショーケースに、他にも和洋菓子、アイスクリーム、ワインまで取り扱っています。
価格帯は地域の一般的なそれよりも20-30％安いと思います。
プリンアラモード:典型的な構成ですが、プリンのバランスの良さが際立ちます。決して高い卵や特殊な素材採用している訳ではなさそうですが質素な中にもJoyが感じられます。
チョコレートケーキ、ミルフィーユ、コーヒーケーキもぐんぐんレベルを上げています。やるな、シャトレーゼさん。
