店に着くと多くの客が並んでいた。
店で食券を買い並び始めてからラーメンの提供までちょうど1時間だった。
店員は3人。調理2人。案内1人。
店内はカウンター席となっている。
こども連れもカウンターに座っていた。
鶏と水 濃厚特製盛り 1,380円
鶏の濃厚なスープ。塩気は強め。
スープ自体は少なめに感じた。
麺は細麺。
特製の卵は味はついていないが、スープが濃い分、スープと食べるとよさそう。
その他はラーメンにも乗っているので、特製にしなくてもよかったかも。
替え玉2 鮟肝のソース 360円
ラーメン屋で鮟肝とはなかなか珍しい。
もったりとした味わい。
麺はパスタのよう。
特製にせずにラーメンと替玉を2種類食べてみてもよかったかもしれない。
