つくばイオン敷地内にある喫茶店『ウエスト珈琲ハウス』
注文を受けてから作り出すので焼き上がりまで20分程。ゆっくりフレーバーティーを楽しみながら待ちます(˶'ᵕ'˶)♡♡
契約養鶏場から奥久慈卵をお取り寄せ、北海道の新鮮な生乳と小麦粉を使用。ベーキングパウダーはもちろん手作りチョコソースやベリーソースにも、一切添加物は使用していないこだわりです。
パンケーキはナイフがスっと入っていく感じ。
シュワシュワ過ぎず、もちっと感を残してあり、口の中で溶けていく(*˘︶˘*).｡.:*
ふわふわで美味しいよ～。
店内は落ち着いた雰囲気、大きな仕切りは無いけれど、距離が保たれた座席の為くつろげる贅沢な時間を過ごせます。
