休日の朝、会社で一仕事した帰り道、コーヒーが恋しくなり、吉瀬にあるつくば文化郷の敷地内でカフェを営むまめはに寄りました。
ワタクシ、初訪問です。
古民家をリノベーションしたカフェ、若草色の暖簾が京の町家的な趣を演出します。
店内も少し暗めな照明に外からの優しい日差し、創作物が飾ってあったりして、店内に流れるスローなBGMがここはつくばと思うような雰囲気です。
ワタクシは大好きなグァテマラにスイーツで和菓子を付けました。
コーヒーに和菓子、意外と相性良いんですよね。
こちらの和菓子は土浦の和菓子老舗、田中清月堂のものだそうです。
こちらのグァテマラは少し深みのあるコク、酸味より苦味が少し出た味わいです。
そこまで濃くはないコーヒーなので後味も良い美味しいコーヒーです。
和菓子は3種類の中から水無月。
ねっとりしたゼリー状の餅に上品な甘さの餡子のハーモニー。
夏菓子って感じいっぱいの一品です。
珈琲との相性も良いですね。
ゆったりとした空間の中でのんびりと美味しいコーヒーと和菓子を頂き、休日出勤の煩わしさが癒されました。
