実家に立ち寄った時に、うな重を食べさせてもらいました。うなぎの大きさに対してちょっとご飯多めかなという印象です。うなぎについているタレは、少し甘い感じで個人的にはもう少し味がしっかりしている方が好みですね。上に山椒を振って口に入れると、うなぎならではの香ばしさが口いっぱいに広がります。（当然ながら臭みは全くありません。）つくばの中でいうと、隠れた名店、という感じですかね。昼に訪れましたが次訪れる際には、是非とも日本酒と一緒に堪能したいものです。ごちそうさまでした。
