On Thursday, I was tired of yakitori and sashimi... so I visited ``Yakitori Sakaba Hanabi'' in Takezono/Days Town in Tsukuba City (^ ^)ノ Although it is written as yakitori, Please don't get into that (lol) The main thing tonight is oden, oden (^O^)!! ︎ This is an oden shop with its main store in Higashiarai, Tsukuba City, and has three restaurant in Tsukuba City (^ ^)♪♪ There are many Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Tsukuba, but there are surprisingly few places that sell oden. Right! So, I visited on Thursday night around 8:30 pm, and there was only one customer in front of me, so I guess it's lonely on weekdays (ﾟдﾟ)ノ First, I drank it during the day, but I drank it from a medium bottle of Super Dry. Wash (^ ^)!! ︎ And this continued for lunch, I ordered stewed potato salad (lol), and for oden I ordered radish, egg, fishball, and black hanpen (^O^)ノ However, I also ordered 100% radish, egg, and fishball for oden (lol) The black hanpen also has a unique taste and is delicious♪♪ Now, since we have Grilled offal here, we added Shiro sauce, Toro Hormone sauce, and Kashira (salt) (^ ^)♪♪ Honestly, I wasn't expecting that much. However, although the shirota sauce was small, there was a lot of it, and the offal was also tender and delicious! ︎ As for alcoholic beverages, there are bottled beers - the strongest salted lemon sour and other types of sake... - Only daughter Honjozo barrel sake (Ibaraki prefecture, Yamanaka brewery store) - Gozenzake 1859 Bodhimoto Omachi (Okayama prefecture, Tsujimoto store) Wow, it's already winter I received it in advance!
