つくば駅の「つくば蕎麦物語」に行きました。
親子丼と板せいろは1080円。
十割蕎麦はコシがあり、板で出てきます。
無添加つゆも味わい深いです。
親子丼は筑波山麓のコシヒカリ常陸小田米とつくば鶏、奥久慈卵2個を贅沢に使っています。
とろっとした卵にジューシーな鶏肉と、思いがけず地場物を食べることができました。
200円で蕎麦を追加できますが、ボリューム満点だったのでしませんでした。
適度な距離をとって食事できるので、コロナ対策もされています。
