つくばに全国屈指の煮干しの名店があるのでそこと比較してしまうのは酷なのかもしれませんが…
全く違いました、こうも違うのかと。
目指してる完成系が違うのかもしれませんが、深み・パンチも含め全てが物足りなかったです。
色は煮干しのように黒いですが味は煮干し味の水のような感じで、麺も煮干しには合わないと私は感じました。
