10分ほど外で待って店内へ。
ワンタン麺(醤油) 930円
崩れチャーシュー 100円
鶏ガラの効いた甘めのスープ。
濃い旨みと醤油の甘さを感じられるさっぱりとしたスープ。美味。
麺は平打ち縮れ。菅野製麺さん。
ワンタンは皮大きめのちゅる系。
寒い日にはたまらない。
