やよい軒は、手頃な値段でバランスのいい定食が食べられるのでありがたいお店です。今回はショーケースのポスターに惹かれて「三元豚肩ロースの西京焼き定食・揚げ出し豆腐付き」をいただきました。タラなど魚の西京焼きはよく聞きますが、豚肉の西京焼きもなかなか美味しかったです。揚げ出し豆腐と揚げなすもいい味わい。最後は漬け物を乗せて出汁茶漬けでしめました。
