2019年10月29日オープンされた新しいお店です。
個室3部屋とオープン席が多く、光入る明るいお店です。
・限定10食の380g メガサーロインステーキ(ニュージーランド産グレンフェッド使用)
・チーズバーグA 200g(100%Beef使用)
を注文。
非常に良い肉を100%使用してるので、肉汁とガーリックと絡められたソースが濃厚に混ざり合い美味しすぎました。
ミディアム仕立てで弾力あり、だが柔らかく香ばしい。
接客案内ともに好印象で、丁寧でまた来たいと強く思わされます。
完全個室で食べる肉は、人目気にせずゆっくり落ち着いて食べられるのもとても良い。
