Spanish Cuisine you should enjoy at least once a month
I was looking forward to the Poco Loco lunch this month too! My current ambition is to try all the full-serving one-plate lunches (called platos combinados in Spanish). There are four types. Kebab-style grilled lean beef. Spanish spiced chicken. Demi-glace Hamburg. Paprika-flavored pork stew. It was a chilly day even though it was spring, so I ordered the paprika-flavored pork stew. I also had Spanish beer, which I've only seen here. The stew had a strong, salty, clear flavor that complemented the chunky pork. I wondered if it was a dish that developed in rural areas with harsh natural conditions. Every bite is a world trip. And the paella was delicious, as expected! It contained broad beans, and I was excited by the taste of spring. It was also blissful to drink Spanish beer in between meals. Spanish beer has the refreshing taste of beer, but for some reason it feels as inclusive as wine. I'll be back next month! Even though I went there right after opening time on a weekday lunchtime, it was full as soon as I sat down, so it looks like there will be a fierce battle next month as well.

スペイン料理にスペインのビールを合わせてみたら、美味しすぎました！
パテ、サラダ、パエリア、肉料理、プチデザートが全部盛られたランチを頼み、肉料理は、スペインのスパイスチキンを選びました。もう、全部美味しい。
まず、ビールを一口。「ふわっとして、ほんのり苦味があって、甘くないのに甘やか！」というのが第一印象。
ほどなくして運ばれてきたランチプレートで、一番目立つチキンを食べてみたら、「これは美味しい！」以外の語彙が飛びました。スパイスが芯まで染みてチキンの旨みをひきたてていてジューシー！
はあ、ビールに合う！
おとなりのパエリアも、魚介の旨みがしっかりお米にしみこんでいて、パクパク食べちゃう。

そしてフライドポテト・・。体重のこと考えたら残したほうがいいけど、、さくっとしてジュワっとして塩気がたまらなくて、結局全部食べてしまいました・・。

サラダもシャキシャキ♪
ビールもちょうどよくおしまい。
〆に、かわいいコーヒーゼリーを味わって、すっきり大満足。
食のプロがしっかり仕込みをして仕上げてくれたお料理ばかりで、これぞ外食の愉しみ、と感じいりました。
月一のお楽しみにしたいので、ずっとずっと繁盛してほしいお店です！

This month's lunch special is meat! Beef! It's a plate lunch with salad, pate, main dish, paella, and dessert. For the main dish, I chose grilled lean beef kebab style. The center of the lean beef was a beautiful rose color, spiced, and full of juice! This kind of grilling is something only a professional can do! The fries under the beef absorbed the juices and were incredibly delicious! Of course, this deliciousness was calculated, it was so calculated that it was almost bitter! And above all, the paella. This paella was really delicious. You could smell the scorched rice, but it didn't feel hard, it was softly cooked, and the flavor of the ingredients was soaked in, it was really delicious. I don't have the vocabulary to describe it, so I can only say that it was really delicious. I ended up saying it three times in a sentence of about three lines. "Really delicious". The salad was crisp and the pate was smooth and odorless, so I could have just ordered this one dish. Everything on the plate was delicious. This is a lunch I enjoy at least once a month.
