｢ ジンギスカンが 食べたい ♪ 」
そんな娘の一言から 食べログ検索。
娘が車を出してくれる という事で こちらの お店へ。
つくば市。
お出掛けした時には まだ 茨城県からの 外出自粛や営業時間短縮等の要請が出された 感染拡大市町村に 指定されていませんでした。
それでも コロナ禍。
お客さんは 少な目 です。
ジンギスカンといえば 中央が山のように盛り上がった 専用の鍋で 羊肉と野菜を 一緒に焼いて 味わい みんなで楽しむ。
私の中では 北海道のイメージ ♪
こちらのお店も ちゃんと あのジンギスカン鍋で 楽しむ事が 出来ます。
そして もうひとつ。
こちらのお店の ウリは ハイボール！
卓上に セルフサーバーが あります。
なんと 飲み放題にすると 角ハイボールタワーから 好きなだけ 頂けるのだそう。
残念ながら 我が家には ハイボール派がいないので 実況中継は 出来ません。

塩〆熟成肩ロースと野菜盛りのセット です。
塩〆熟成とは 生ラム肉を 岩塩でしめ 低温熟成させることで 柔らかく 旨みが凝縮された お肉に 仕上げたもの。
その お肉を オリジナルの調合で ４日間熟成させたというタレで 頂きます。
柔らかく 臭みが ありません。
焼き加減は 私は ミディアムレアが 好み ♪
焼き上がった お肉を 野菜にのせて 肉汁をたっぷり吸わせて頂くのも 美味しい ですね。
