この日ゎ回数券の有効期限が迫ってたので朝イチで『喜楽里』で温泉
お昼になりお腹がペコペコなのでオープン前から気になっていた『肉寿司一縁』へ
オープン当初ゎディナーのみでチョットお高い感じ
ランチやってないのか残念だな～っと訪問をためらってたらクータだかでランチ始めたのを知り訪問のタイミングを伺ってました
店内ゎちょっと高級そうな雰囲気
だけど店員さんゎ年齢層結構若め
おもいっきりタトゥーが見えるオネーサンとかアンバランスな印象です

肉寿司3種×2貫/ご飯/スープ/サラダの御膳です
肉寿司ゎタンと何だろう？
お肉ゎ低温調理せれてるので生肉じゃーないよ
シャリゎ赤酢かな。
醤油で食べてと言われたけど醤油で食べるのゎオススメしない
そのままかマイ塩で食べたがその方が肉の味が楽しめる
そしてご飯にも低温調理されたレア肉がのってました
何の説明も無くそのまま食べたんだけどもひょっとしてお肉のスープをかけてひつまぶしで食べるのかな？
『何でスープ2つあるんだ？』と疑問だったんだけれど、他のメニューを思い出し帰宅した後に気付いた
肉寿司の値段を考えるとお得なのかも知れないけどボリュームが足りなすぎた
食べ終わった後でもお腹空いてる感じ
店員からの説明が無いのならメニュー表にメニューの名前だけじゃなく料理内容も書いといてくれないと食べ方が良く分からないな

嫁注文品です
とても柔らかくて美味しかったらしい
チョット贅沢なランチなだけにお店側のサービス面(料理の説明不足)がとても気になった
他のメニューも食べてみたくまた行きたいとゎ思うんだけれど今回の印象だと『近いうちにまた行きたい！』とゎ思わなかったな
