娘とコストコに買物へ、ただ時間を見ると買物中にちょうどお昼時になりそうなので、ランチを済ませてから買物へ行く事にしました

ささっと検索してみると肉寿司を出す未訪店を発見、肉寿司は娘の好物なので、ノータイムで決定
研究学園のエビスタウンへ向かいます
駐車場へ車を停めて2Fのお店へ、掘りごたつ式のテーブル席へ案内されました
ランチメニューを見てみましょう
肉寿司のランチは勿論、和牛焼肉、カルビ丼、ハンバーグ、すき焼きなど、けっこう豊富なのね
娘はやっぱ肉寿司か、う〜んでも肉寿司のみはちょっと寂しいかな

こちらは肉寿司好きの娘のオーダー
ここの焼肉はカセットコンロタイプの焼肉コンロを使用するので、注文と共にテーブルにセットされました
まずは刺し握りからサーブ、見た目はまずまず、味の方は980円で3貫で適正という印象

火を入れて炙る準備、鉄板が熱くなったら炙っていきましょう
和牛焼肉は、カルビ、ハラミにもう一品、失念
どの部位も和牛の甘みを感じて美味しいですね
ご飯の量に対してお肉の量も適正、バランスよく食べ進められます
付け合せも美味しい
ささっと食べ終えてしまいました
店内は明るく清潔感にあふれていて居心地が良く、若い女性スタッフの接客も笑顔で好感でした
今日はお昼で軽く炙った感じなので、今度は夜に来て家族で色々といただいてみたいですね
