すべてのサービスが最低と言わざるを得ないお店でした。
先客、１名 生の肉を出すだけなのに後から来た私たちより提供が遅く隣の個室から
大きなため息が聞こえてきました。
自分たちのオーダーは肉ノ寿司御膳とレアビーフのひつまぶし
まず、肉寿司のシャリは人肌の温もりもなく冷蔵庫に保存していたかのような硬さと冷たさ
茶碗のご飯も同様のものでスーパーの握りずしのシャリのほうが数段美味しい
わかめースープに至っては完全に冷めており飲食店では考えられないレベル
ひつまぶしの出汁も冷め切っており何をどうすればこのようになるのか全く理解不能なお店でした。
ただ、提供されたお肉自体の仕込みはまるで別人が行ったかのような繊細さを感じられる物でした。
本来美味しく食べられるはずの食材をサービスですべて最低レベルまで引き下げてしまっている
お店です。
