地域情報誌で「肉寿司」の紹介を見てから、ずっと行ってみたかったお店です。
予約をして平日のランチに訪問しました。
お店の入り口につくと、店名の表記がなかなか見つけられなくて「本当にここ？」とちょっと不安になりながら入店。
後から、小さく「一縁」と書かれていることに気づきました。
お店はシックで落ち着いた雰囲気。
半個室のお部屋に通され、コロナ禍でも安心です♪
ただ・・オープン直後の訪問だったのですが、店内がものすごいお肉の焼ける臭い・・。ちょっと換気が心配です。通常の焼肉屋さんでもここまでの臭いはあまり感じたことがなく、お仕事中のランチなどの利用の際にはちょっと気を付けたほうが良いかもしれません。
今日の目的は肉寿司なので、オーダーは「肉寿司御前」
運ばれてきたピンク色のお肉のお寿司、小さいですが、レアビーフの載った丼。
テンションがあがります。
お寿司は3種類、6貫。
部位によってちょっとスジが口に残る物もありましたが、美味しくいただきました♪
もう少しボリュームがあると嬉しいですが、満足なランチとなりました♪
