First visit to Meat Sushi Ichien to eat . The nigiri is vinegared rice, and the toppings from the left are Wagyu brisket, Wagyu lean meat, Cow tongue, and the gunkan is short ribs. And on top of the rice is rare beef, sea urchin, and wasabi. Each dish comes in two pieces, so it's delicious to eat the first piece as is and the second piece with fresh wasabi and green onions on top. All of the meat was cooked at a low temperature, so it was tender and delicious, and I was satisfied. I ate it all in one go, but when I left the restaurant, I realized that I was surprisingly full. It was just the right amount even for me, who is a big eater. There may not be many people who want to eat cod belly, but the portion was comparable to a lunch at Sushi, so I thought it was cheap.
