11:15頃に着いたら先客1組で
外で待とうかと思ったらオープン前に店内へ案内
テーブル4卓、カウンター2席で合計16席
メニューはパンケーキ、フレンチトースト、レインドロップケーキとドリンク、ブルーシールのアイス。
食事メニューは無いので他で食べてお茶等に

空のプラスチックのカップに氷を入れて渡されます。

それ飲んで待ってようかと思ったら…かなり出が悪い(^-^;
注ぐ所にレモンの果肉が詰まってる感じ… 茶こしやネットがあれば
感じの良い男性店主のみで
注文を受けてから作り初め
思ったより時間かからず提供。
マンゴーはカウンターの所に置いてあるの使用してカットしたら出来上がり
基本セルフで受け取り、最後はセルフでお片付け
使うカラトリーも使い捨て
プラスチックのフォークにナイフ。
ワンオペで洗い物減るしコロナ対策なのかも
フワッフワッな大きめのパンケーキが2つにマンゴーソースとココナッツパウダーがかかって
横にはマンゴーホイップ、生の半カットのマンゴー
連れのメープルはバナナとクリーム。1つずつ交換。
まずマンゴーからソースはマンゴー甘酸っぱいソースだが少なめでやや薄いかな…置いソース、ホイップ増量できたら良いかも。ホイップはその分かなり甘め♪
メープルはシンプルだけど…こっちのが好み。
混んでると店主が調理、レジ等ワンオペなので時間はかなりかかりそう感じ。安く食べれるので待っても良いかな
